Are you interested in yoga but have no idea where to start?
If so, join instructor Clint Saunders for an easy and fun introduction to yoga on Thursday, May 25 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
This program will repeat on Friday, May 26 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Clint will introduce the basics of yoga practice and the myriad benefits yoga can bring to your life.
This event is free and open to those aged 16+. Limited to 30 participants.
Patrons MUST register here.
Patrons must supply their own yoga mat or beach towel for this program.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothes.

Clint Saunders is a personal trainer at The Body Barn and has a degree in Health and Human Kinetics and Coaching from Ohio Wesleyan University.
