We are excited to announce the availability of Transparent Language Online, a complete language-learning system with courses and lessons designed to build listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Transparent Language Online allows learners to explore a new language in the comfort of their own home, at the library, or on-the-go.

From Friday, April 7, 2023 through Friday, May 19, 2023, the Library is pleased to have on display the West Virginia Humanities Council traveling exhibit, The Hatfields & McCoys: American Blood Feud.
Located in the Atrium, visitors may view this exhibit during the Library's regular operating hours. There is no charge to view this exhibit.
Running from January 9, 2023 through April 9, 2023, Bossard Library's Adult Winter Reading Program, "I'd Rather Bee Reading", offers our adult patrons the opportunity to win prizes by reading and/or listening to their favorite books.
In celebration of the opening of our Savage Ancient Seas exhibit, the library is offering to families a free Dinosaur COSI Connects Kit.
These free kits, available while supplies last, include five dinosaur-themed STEM activities and science experiments for grades 2-6.
So that everyone has a chance to enjoy these kits, we are limiting distribution to 1 kit per family.
Beginning Tuesday, October 4, 2022, adults may stop by the library and pick up a kit at the Circulation Desk. These kits are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
